Registration forms - Please fill this out, print four (4) copies and bring them to registration on either Sept 11 or 16

Important Dates

• September 11, 2010
  In-person registration for all communities will take place from 10-2pm @ Bonnie Doon Mall by Tony Roma's .

• September 16, 2010
  In-person registration for all communities will take place from 6:30-8:30pm @ Ottewell Community league (5920-93A Ave NW)

• September 18, 2010
  Storm tryouts will take place at South Soccer Center (6520 Roper Road)

• September 23, 28 and 30, 2010     OR   October 5, 7, 12, 14 or 80, 2010
  3:00pm to 8:00pm
  Player carding sessions. All U14, U16 and U18 Premier Division A and B; U16 and U18 community; and U12 city-wide players require a player card.

• October 13, 2010
  Indoor coach schedule pick-up. Location: EMSA Office 6520 Roper Road, 12:00 to 6:00 pm

• October 16, 2010
  Indoor season start date.
